(1) Notwithstanding the exam timetable, a student who is debarred from any exam will not be allowed to sit for it.

(2) You must:

(a) read and comply with the Examination Instructions to Students.
(b) be punctual for every exam. A student who presents himself/herself at the exam centre, 30 minutes after the exam has started, will not be allowed to sit for the exam.
(c) place your wallet/mobile phone into the pouch provided at the exam centre. You are advised NOT to bring your laptop and other valuables for exam. If you must bring them, they should be kept in the locker before you proceed to your exam centre. The Polytechnic will not be responsible for any loss of your personal belongings.
(d) remember your seat number. Seating arrangements will not be displayed at exam centres.
(e) inform the Exams Office immediately if any of your examinable modules is not shown on the exam timetable.
